Household Effects
We provide storage for household effects that cannot be taken overseas, temporary storage for rebuilding or renovating one's home, and storage of office or shop furniture and fixtures.
- Safe storage with environment control.
(Temperature control : about 24℃ in summer, 13℃ in winter; Humidity control: about 55%) - Items are stored in "Sumitainer" nesting racks, which provide superb ventilation and are earthquake resistant.
- We offer full service, from cost estimates to packing of belongings, collection, and delivery.

Clothing / Furs
Clothing and furs that are difficult to store at home can be stored in our environment-controlled facilities. Perfect for off-season storage. Use as a personal closet away from home.
- Safe storage with environment-controlled facilities. (Temperature control: about 17℃ ; Humidity control: about 55%)
- Clothing storage boxes are lockable.
- Rooms (also tatami rooms) are available for adding/removing items.
- Hanger storage service are provided for furs.
- Collection and delivery services are also provided.
