The purpose of the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children is to encourage the creation of a society where children, who will lead the future society, are born and brought up in good health.
In accordance with this, the Sumitomo Warehouse formulated the General Employer Action Plan as follows, and has been working on the establishment of a system whereby its employees can keep a good balance between work and childcare and exercise their abilities to the fullest.

Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement
To respond to the diverse needs in society and the trend of globalization, it is essential for companies to ensure diversity in its human resources.
Above all, women’s career advancement is one of the most pressing issues. Sumitomo Warehouse, in accord with the purpose of the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace to steadily promote women’s empowerment, formulated the General Employer Action Plan as follows and has been working on the establishment of a system that encourages female employees to further exercise their abilities.
