The Compliance Committee

To set the company's basic policy and code of conduct with regard to compliance, establish internal company rules, set up action programs for times of emergency, and draft and implement training and educational content. |

To set up a helpline for the early detection of compliance infractions. When a report is received, to promptly investigate and decide on the type of sanction or remediation. |

To periodically review the above items with the aim of establishing a more comprehensive compliance system. |

Organization |
| The director in charge of general affairs shall be the committee chairperson, and the committee members shall be comprised of the related department general managers. |



Helpline

A helpline has been set up as a system of notification for a special office within the company and external attorneys, which allows problems with compliance to be reported and consultations in this regard. |

Compliance Manual

The compliance manual covers the "Sumitomo Warehouse Business Conduct Guidelines", which is the basic policy of Sumitomo Warehouse with regard to compliance, together with the "Sumitomo Warehouse Corporate Code of Conduct", which presents the criteria that employees should follow when conducting business, based on the guidelines. |
